As avid food lovers, inspired by travel and the discovery of new flavours and cultures, we are driven by a deep appreciation for exceptional produce and ingredients. Great food and wine are at the heart of everything we do, shaping every experience we create.

Our mission is equally clear: to craft unforgettable moments for our guests, where every detail of hospitality is thoughtfully considered.

In Spring 2024, we opened our first restaurant in London - Lita, a contemporary bistro in the heart of Marylebone, specialising in open-fire cooking. In less than a year, Lita earned a Michelin star and garnered acclaim in leading publications including GQ, the Financial Times, and Condé Nast Traveller.
